The meditation house is a place you can create using your imagination.
From my journal: Using my imagination, I put my hand on the clay hand imprint board right outside the door and then I am allowed to enter. Once the door opens (again in my imagination), I pass through a white light, and I enter the atrium filled with plants. There are four rooms leading from the main room and they each have a purpose.
Feel free to create your own rooms and spaces. In case this helps, here's what I did it.
From my journal: The first room to the right is my extensive library. It is where I obtain information. I usually ask a question and then I select a book that provides some sort of message. It could be a cover, a quote, or a visual picture that comes to mind. It has an observatory-like roof. You can see the stars (like you are in a spaceship) at any time whether it is night or day. I included a telescope and a flying board (inspired by the movie Back to the Future, I am sure) so I can reach all the shelves.
The second room is my video monitor room. I have a big screen TV and a black bean bag chair in it.
The third room is my healing room complete with a massage table and a residential healer on call named Rob. I am not sure why I call him Rob.
The final room situated to the left is my closet room. It contains a closet full of clothes (to represent different roles/opportunities, etc.) and has a full-length mirror.
Power Tip: Use Monroe's Expand App to support your meditation practice. The Timer feature allows you to select a combination of frequencies and backgrounds. You will guide your own experience.

I have used this tool during times when I needed to help redirect things from an intentional space.
To facilitate change in our lives, we need to create the story. What happens to many of us is that we don’t have a story at all. We simply react to the circumstances of our lives. If things are going smoothly, we just continue to ride the ride.
On the other hand, if we are dealing with challenges, upsets, frustration or sadness, we tend to focus our attention on the pain, regrets, or worst-case outcomes. Neither way leads us to where we want to go, and in some cases can take us farther off course.
No matter our preferred method of approaching our present and future, we are patterning for what is to come next whether we realize it or not.
To help us focus on what we want to invite into our lives, we can help ourselves by not only creating our new story, but also by placing our attention on the outcome and not only the view outside our window.
As we go from where we are to where we want to be, we have to ignore the view, especially if it is causing us pain, worry or concern. It can also make us send out conflicting messages about our desires, wants and needs.
If we look at each marker along the way, we also can find ourselves bargaining. “It looks like it might happen this way now,” we think. So, we change the story. If we do this every one or two minutes as we make our way to our destination, our signals get crossed and overloaded.
The best way to reach our destination is to stick to the original order and trust that our order was heard, taken and being prepared by a force much more powerful and imaginative than ourselves.
Let’s be clear. This is not about making wishes. This is about setting an intention and gaining clarity to then help you achieve, and yes even draw in to your life, the things and experiences you want or need.
Two other main points.
1. Once you have placed the order, you need to detach from the outcome.
2. When deciding what you will order, it is important that you not involve other people. Instead, you determine the essence of what you want (if it is something between you and another person). If you have a particular person in mind, and want to include their participation in your order, then also add the piece about the essence of what you have with that person. It is better to state as an “either/or” scenario.
Repeating this meditation everyday will help you stay focused and less likely to change the order. It is the lack of clarity that slows us down.
And, as you look out the window and see a view that is disturbing or less than you desire, resist being sucked in. Instead, remind yourself that you have done your part and your order is on the way.
It is coming to you and will arrive bigger and better than even you could have planned or imagined.
As you continue to do this process, step out of your own way and allow your vision—your pattern—to unfold in front of you.
